ISU Women's Basketball

On Saturday night, after Aubrey's basketball tournament in New Sharon,

we drove out to Ames for the Women's Basketball game - our first time as a family. 

 

PC Little Eagles Basketball Tournament

On Saturday, the girls both had their home basketball tournaments - 

Avery having her first one with PC.

They each played games, starting at 9:00 and went every other hour

until 6:30. Unfortunately they were 0-6 for the day.

Van Grouw Christmas

Because Avery got sick, we delayed our trip to NWI, but we were still able

to spend Friday - Sunday with family.

We headed straight to Oak Grove to meet the Wynias for a snow hike.

It was a nice sunny day for a hike around in the snow.

The girls got hot chocolate at the lodge after the hike. 

There was a live animal show later with a turtle, salamander, and a snake.

Steve was playing Xbox with the boys.

We had our Van Grouw Christmas party at Ashley's house. 

Mom was surprised with a Yellowstone shirt.
