On Wednesday was our last day. The Palmers left early
but the rest of us ended our time in Saint Louis
at Grant's Farm.
We first checked out the Budweiser Clydesdale horses that are trained
for the Anheuser Busch events.
We took a tram ride around the park to see some animals.
We arrived just in time for a "Furs and Feathers" show
Grandpa treated these 3 to a FUN PASS that included a few extra activities.
The girls were EXCITED!
Later we found out that it was National Carousel Day - how appropriate!
Then it was off to bottle feed goats!
Avery got cornered and did NOT appreciate it.
After Aubrey got bombarded, she screamed, and we put her on the safe side -
on the outside of the fence so they were safe!
Needless to say, it wasn't their favorite experience - ha.
So Steve was left in the pen by himself to finish bottle feeding the goats - ha!
Avery did get a cone with pellet food for the goats, too.
The best part of the FUN PASS might have been the sno cones!
When you're around Anheuser-Busch, we could get 2 free beers each - sure!
waiting for the elephant show
We found Aubrey's favorite animal - PEACOCK!
We had a late lunch after our time at Grant's Farm and then headed home.
Here's a good sign they had fun and were worn out!
Thanks for the fun trip, Grandma Char and Grandpa Craig!
