Northwest Iowa vist

At the end of July, we made a quick trip to Northwest Iowa.

(Friday morning - Sunday evening)

We stopped in Prairie City for has and had to see the bison :)

Our first stop was the waterpark - Siouxnami - with they Wynias and Grandma 

Both girls mastered everything the water park had to offer - from high dives, to drop slides, to zip lines!

Avery even did a flip off the diving board. 

Saturday morning, we helped walk alongside Old Parlor for the Doon Days parade to pass out candy and promote Curt's business.

Aubrey crashed into my go-kart and left me with a neck burn from my seat belt. Oops

County Fair - part 4

It's always such a busy week, but lots of fun is had at the county fair.

Avery keeping "Titan" company - an abandoned calf from Kaisand cattle that Kate bought from us. Unfortunately he died shortly after the county fair.

Aubrey's heifer "Moriah" was selected to be a part of the supreme showmanship group - 

where another girl showed this heifer.

Avery got to "hold" the goats in the waiting area for Erica.

Nolan was able to show his bucket bottle calf with Baylen.

 

County Fair - Show Day

 On Thursday, it was SHOW DAY!

Aubrey had her best county fair yet!
