After a few days rest from Nationals, county fair was in full swing!
This is the picture Aubrey took in Texas and brought to the fair.
Getting judged for her "Bless You" glass jar project
She received a blue and low cost ribbon
Avery decided to bring in some art in the open class, too!
Watching the Queen contest
Amelia from our church, who was a contestant but didn't win this year.
On Tuesday morning, Mom and the girls had to bring the calves back from tie-outs, feed them, and wash them, since Steve had to help Ryley at the Marion County Fair that day.
I even had to blow dry!
Aubrey's photo got a purple ribbon - with being considered for State Fair, but didn't make it there.
Avery really liked walking the goats...she might be on to something here :)
We watched the circus performers
Aubrey had a "friends day" at the fair and had fun walking around and
being forced to take pictures by me :)
Leah, Aubrey and Avery each told a joke for the joke telling contest.
Avery found a QUEEN water bottle sticker, bought it, and gave it to the county fair queen.
Aubrey was a hall monitor in the 4h building - it was her job to keep people off the projects.
