We tried our hand at dying Easter eggs again this year with plastic eggs - it didn't work as well since the eggs didn't sink in the dye. But we still managed.
We used more bags with dye instead of sinking the eggs in dye.

We (I mean I) taped out a cross this year and we all filled it in with chalk.
It turned out really nice and lasted for almost a week before it rained!
We also did a quick little egg hunt in our backyard.

We went to Tracy CRC for a family lunch. Sara brought a VR game that the girls and Steve tried. It was pretty funny to watch!

That night, Renee took me to THE LION KING performance at the Civic Center (as an early birthday present, thanks to Leah, too!)
Such a great performance to see LIVE after our
junior high kids performed The Lion King, Jr. earlier this year in December.
