DAY 3
We started out our true travel out west on Sunday morning.
The whole Van Grouw family left that morning
and the plan was to meet in Gillette, WY for the night.

We were making GREAT time so decided to make a pit stop
in Rapid City to Storybook Island - it was FREE!
This was GREAT stop for the girls to run and play!

Avery fell asleep right away after getting back in the car.

We made it to our motel in Gillette, WY that night with the whole Van Grouw family!
It was a quick supper at Burger King and time to burn some energy!
Avery preferred to mostly wade in the little pool.
Aubrey was practicing all her swimming lessons moves :)

Our room was SO HOT and the a.c. wasn't working,
so the girls took a quick shower and headed over to Grandma's room.
By the time we got our rooms switched, the girls had both
fallen asleep on Grandma - too sweet :)
then got transfered to our new room
We got transfered to a huge King suite with two rooms
and a crazy shower :)
