The entire Junior High, of 6th - 8th graders at Oskaloosa Christian are required to participate in National History Day. They got to pick a topic that fit this year's theme "Rights and Responsibilities."
Aubrey chose to make an individual website with the topic,
"Child Labor Laws: A Chance to be a Child."
Our local school event was first, in February, where Aubrey tied for 2nd in the 8th grade class.
Then, her and 12 other of our junior high kids moved on to the regional competition held at
Indian Hills Community College in March.
From there 6 of our OC kids moved on.
Aubrey got 2nd overall of individual websites at regionals.
