Heartland Break

This weekend, Jen and the girls traveled solo up to NWI

so that Jen could attend the Heartland Conference and the girls

got some Grandpa and Grandma and cousin time.

(aunts and uncles, too I guess)

Steve was gone to Wisconsin for a cattle sale.

We didn't get a lot of pictures since the girls both

had fevers on and off :(

The worst part was missing Pumpkinland-

Aubrey was DEVASTATED! It was so sad! :(

Steve thought of this clever way to keep Avery's blankie

attached the carseat - safety pinned it!

(Later Grandma VG realized you could just put it through the buckle)

Friday morning the girls got to make sun catchers/window clings-

they used paints and wore Grandpa's shirts as paint shirts

(Grandpa or Curt) throws

Mommy and Aubrey did some 2nd hand shopping at the shops in 

Rock Valley Satuday morning and got a donut at the bakery, too
