Char kindly offered to watch our girls Friday night
so that Steve and I could go to the Oskaloosa
state championship basketball game vs. Glenwood.

We successfully moved ourselves down to the 5th row right at half court!
A VERY GOOD back and forth game, yet we couldn't hang on.
2nd place - not bad since they hadn't made a state appearance in 22 years!
We ended up losing by 4, but had two guys on the all-tournament team:
Xavier Foster and Jared Kruse
After our game, we snuck down to the VERY FRONT ROW
on the Iowa City West side for the 4A championship game.
Apparently they don't have a large following.
