Do the Zoo!

The weather has turned from sweltering to stunning and we took advantage today and hit the zoo in Des Moines.

We left around 11:00 and packed a lunch and decided to relax on the way there. Aubrey watched a movie...

And Avery took a 20 min nap

Aubrey got to chose either face paint or the train and she chose face paint

So Avery got to go on the train with just Mommy

She loved waving to all the animals and people

We discovered this part of the zoo that we never really explored before...not sure how we've always missed it before
